If you aren’t quite ready to renovate, you have a preferred contractor or the DIY genes, this service is for you. This is very similar to our Full-Service offering, except we pass off the plans before execution.

From functional space planning to custom furniture, styling to sourcing, we create rooms that are beautiful, personal, and thoughtfully built around how you live.

Working on your space but need a little guidance? Whether you want a second opinion or a fresh perspective, we’re here to help. We’ll meet virtually or in person to talk through whatever’s on your mind — from layouts to paint colors to furnishings and fixtures.

We ask potential clients to send us the following information via in-take form or email to help us get started;

From there, we’ll schedule a discovery call to discuss the project in more detail, walk-through our services and chat about what it would look like to work together on your project
Discovery Call
Next, we’ll send over a tailored proposal outlining the scope, deliverables, and our retainer fee based on the work.
Project Proposal
Once both parties agree to the terms, timing and deliverables, we’ll sign the agreement and collect a $1,000 deposit to hold your projects timing and spot in line. Deposits are applied to the retainer fee.
Project Agreement
We kick-off with an in-depth site visit and creative discussion at your home. From there we develop functional spatial plans, storage strategies, a design approach and 3D renderings illustrating a space that feels like a true reflection of you, all while balancing feeling, function and flow.
Design Development
Once a design is approved, we move forward to sourcing everything we need to bring it to life from paint colors, to fixtures, to vintage finds and handmade pieces. We manage timelines, trades, deliveries, and prepare for install.
Sourcing & Scheduling
Once we’re ready to renovate, we manage the entire process from coordinating with subcontractors to installing finishing touches and styling the space. As licensed general contractors, we take care of every moving part, so you don’t have to lift a finger.
